1Iota is a company used by many shows as the primary method for ticket applications. Most notably, the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon uses this service. The app is a great way to access and review your information. However, we have found that users are often asked to present a printed copy of their tickets, or display the email with the tickets, rather than using the feature in the 1Iota application. Specifically, the Tonight Show generally requires you to show the printed copy or the email. This is important to understand because if you do not have one of the other methods immediately accessible, you may be asked to stand to the side and access it, while a line of other guests is allowed to enter in front of you. For this reason, we encourage you to print the email and have it ready to go. Make sure to print the entire email, even if portions of it seem unimportant.
