Psych, and the USA network are hosting 3 movie screenings across the United States. New York, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City are the lucky cities which have been selected. As of November 27th, all 3 cities are closed for RSVP’s.
For those of you in Los Angeles, California, the only current option is the standby line. The lines will begin forming at 5:00 PM. The location of the screening, and the standby line in Los Angeles is the Cinerama Dome. Confirmed guests begin seating at 6:00, and the screening is set to begin at 7:00. It is not clear what time the standby guests will be able to enter the screening (if seats are available), but confirmed guests are warned that not arriving by 7:00 will result in forfeiture of their tickets.

A few things to know about the screenings:
- The screening is free
- Guests must be 16 or older. Guests who are 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Be prepared to show identification.
- Bags are subject to search
- Food and drinks are not permitted (except for select medical needs, as determined on site)
- There will be complimentary popcorn and water provided
- Re-entry is not permitted
- You are encouraged to wear Psych branded clothing and apparel. See our links below for some great ideas on what to wear!
- The venue is handicap accessible
- The line does not officially form until 5:00 PM
- Confirmed guests who do not arrive by 7:00 PM will forfeit their tickets
- The film runtime is approximately 90 minutes
- There will be a live Q&A session following the film
- Photography is permitted before and after the screening, but not during
What is the line process like?
- The line is supposed to officially begin forming at 5:00 PM. However, both the New York screening, and the Salt Lake screenings had guests arriving earlier than that. The majority of guests arrived around 4:00-5:00 PM.
- Once you are lined up, Psych representatives will come down the line (between 5:00 and 6:00) and check you in. You will present your ID, and they will find your name on their system, and check you in.
- After you are checked in, you will receive a lanyard which identifies you as a guest, some sweet sunglasses, and a ticket.
- You will be taken through a security checkpoint, and allowed to enter at 6:00
What is the show like?
- First you will be talked to by the host, and play some games with the audience
- After about 30-45 minutes, the film begins
- After the film ends, select members of the cast/production will host a short Q&A session. You will not be able to meet them personally, or have anything autographed.
A brief note about the film: Timothy, the actor who plays Carlton Lassiter, suffered a stroke before production. Please be respectful of that fact while watching the film, and during interaction with others. You may be asked to film a message for him, this is the reason why. We love Lassiter, and we hope he knows that.
